You suspect your Shopify store is costing you more than it should. Here’s how to know for sure.
In 5 business days, you’ll have a documented report showing every place your current setup creates cost you can’t see — in app overlap, in bad data, in friction that loses customers — and what each one is actually costing you.
Architecture Audit — $900 flat. 5 business days. Documented findings. Zero obligation to proceed.
Suspecting vs. knowing
“I think something is wrong” and “I know exactly what’s wrong” are very different positions to make decisions from.
Most store owners sense the problem but can’t point to it. The Architecture Audit closes that gap. You get documented, specific findings about what your system actually costs you — so any decision you make next is grounded in evidence, not instinct.
01
What you’ll know after the Audit
Exactly which apps and scripts are creating hidden costs
Whether your tracking data is trustworthy (or lying to you)
Where your checkout flow loses customers nobody sees
Which technical dependencies pose the biggest risk
Whether migration makes sense — or if targeted fixes are enough
02
What makes this different from a “technical review”
Every finding is translated into business impact (not just technical jargon)
Specific dollar-impact estimates where measurable
Prioritized recommendations by risk and cost
You own the report — use it with any developer, not just us
Honest conclusions, including “you probably don’t need to migrate”
How it works
Five days. Five deliverables. One clear picture.
01
Request & IntakeYou submit the audit request form. We review your store and respond within 24 hours. We’ll need access to your Shopify admin, GA4, and any relevant ad accounts.
02
Analysis (Days 1–3)Your store is analyzed across all five dimensions: every app and script inventoried, tracking verified against real transaction data, performance measured, architectural risks mapped, and migration readiness assessed. Nothing is assumed — everything is measured.
03
Documentation (Days 4–5)Every finding is documented with both the technical detail and its business impact. The final report includes prioritized recommendations and a clear Migration Readiness Score.
04
Results ReviewA 45-minute call where we walk you through every finding, answer questions, and discuss options. No pitch. Just facts and recommendations.

After the audit
Four possible outcomes. The report is useful regardless.
You’re fine
Your system has issues but nothing structural. The report gives you a prioritized fix list any Shopify developer can implement. No migration needed.
Targeted fixes
A few specific problems need addressing but full migration isn’t warranted. The report tells you exactly what to fix and in what order.
Migration makes sense
The data shows structural problems that only a platform change can solve. You have documented evidence to make the decision with confidence, not gut feel.
Not now, but soon
The problems are real but the timing isn’t right. The report becomes your roadmap for when you’re ready. It stays valid.
If the audit doesn’t deliver documented findings across all five dimensions, you don’t pay.
Every audit includes: App Stack Analysis, Tracking Integrity Check, Performance Baseline, Architecture Risk Assessment, and Migration Readiness Score. If any deliverable is missing or incomplete, you get a full refund. No conditions.
Audit FAQ
Questions store owners ask before committing $900.
Is this just a sales funnel for migration?+
No. The audit is designed to give you honest, documented findings regardless of what they reveal. If the data shows your system is fundamentally sound and just needs targeted fixes, we’ll say so clearly. We’d rather tell you “don’t migrate” than sell you something you don’t need.
What access do you need?+
Shopify admin (staff account), Google Analytics 4 (read access), and any ad platform accounts you’re comfortable sharing. We use this data purely for the analysis and document everything we access.
Who does the analysis?+
The audit is performed by the same person who built the VOKKA Platform and who will govern your system if you proceed. That means the analysis comes from someone who understands both the technical depth and the business implications — not a junior analyst handing off a report.
What if I already know I want to migrate?+
Then the Audit becomes your insurance policy. “Already knowing” and having documented proof are different things. The Audit gives you a factual baseline so your migration decision is grounded in data, not instinct. That said, if you’re confident and want to move faster, a free Clarity Check gets you to a decision conversation sooner.
Is my data safe? What happens with the access I give you?+
All access is used strictly for the audit analysis. We document exactly what we access and why. After the audit is delivered, all credentials and access are revoked or returned. We don’t store your data beyond what’s in the final report, and the report itself is yours — we don’t share it with anyone.
Why $900?+
A senior ecommerce architect typically bills $1,500–$3,000 per day. Five days at that rate lands between $7,500 and $15,000. The Audit is priced at $900 deliberately: low enough to be an easy decision compared to the cost of not knowing, high enough that both sides take it seriously, and structured as a one-time access point rather than a margin product. If you proceed to migration, the full $900 is credited toward your setup cost.
Why not just move to Shopify Plus instead?+
Plus is the right answer if your core constraint is Shopify’s standard checkout and flow limitations. It is not the right answer if the drag on your system comes from app sprawl, tracking fragmentation, theme-level coupling, and no single system owner — none of which Plus fixes. The Audit is specifically designed to tell you which of the two problems you actually have before you spend anything on Plus or on migration.
Why not Hydrogen or a headless stack?+
Headless works well when editorial flexibility or front-end performance is the primary product. For transactional commerce brands at $500K–$2M, headless typically adds operational overhead (second team, wider integration seams) without solving the architectural fragmentation that causes the pain. VOKKA is an owned backend with its own storefront and checkout — one system, one owner, one performance baseline. If your brand is content-first and you need Hydrogen-class editorial tooling, we will say so in the Audit.
Can I see a sample Audit Report before committing?+
Yes. A sample Audit Report (fictional brand, real structure) is available on request — it shows the exact five deliverables, the format, and the level of detail you receive. and we will email it within a few minutes.
